- We’re pleased to unveil a new silhouette for the Fatbar®: an all-new variant that now includes a 50 mm rise option in the range.
- The spec has been tweaked slightly versus the current Fatbar®: width increased to 820 mm, 9° backsweep, and a 5° upsweep.
- With the clear trend toward higher bars, we’re introducing these new geometries to meet that demand precisely.
- Our market research identified three user groups that are particularly interested in these models:
- 1. Taller riders: Rob Warner (Elite Downhill racer and UCI World Cup winner, 1.77 m/5'10") tested this handlebar and called it a "game changer"!
- 2. E-bike riders: with less emphasis on an ultra-efficient pedaling position and a focus on comfort, these bars are ideal. Hence the increase in backsweep from 7° to 9° and the width set at 820 mm.
- 3. Next-gen dirt jumpers and jib kids: all our testers in this segment now ride this bar.
