  • Reinforced OE-style replacement connecting rods, designed to replace original parts while offering increased durability.
  • Forged from certified AISI 8620 steel, providing superior mechanical strength and fatigue resistance.
  • Crankpins machined from hot-rolled ASTM 4115, then through-hardened to 58–62 Rc.
  • Equipped with the latest needle bearing cages, optimized for longevity and high-rpm reliability.
  • The big end is engineered with side cutouts and strategically placed ventilation slots to reduce cage distortion at high speed.
  • The small ends are double-drilled to ensure increased lubrication and cooling of the piston-pin bearing, particularly useful when the piston crown is close to the bearing.
  • Shot-peening treatment performed to eliminate crack initiators and ensure smooth fillet-radius transitions on the rod.
  • Double lapping/finishing of the mating surfaces, ensuring an extremely round bearing surface for high-speed reliability.
  • Most sets are supplied complete: connecting rod, crankpin, big-end bearing, small-end bearing and silver-plated phosphor bronze thrust washers.
