Reinforced OE connecting rods made from certified AISI 8620; crankpin journals in ASTM A4115 hot-rolled steel, heat-treated to 58–62 HRC. Caged needle bearings for high RPM; big ends with lightening holes and slots; small ends double-drilled for lubrication/cooling. Shot-peened and double-ground. Assemblies supplied with pins, bearings and silver phosphor-bronze washers. Compatible with Hot Rods and OEM. Made in the USA.

  • Machined from AISI 8620-certified steel for superior mechanical strength
  • Crank pins manufactured from ASTM 4115 steel, hot-rolled and through-hardened (58–62 Rc)
  • Equipped with the latest needle bearing cage designs to optimize longevity at high RPM
  • Big end engineered with side reliefs and strategically placed ventilation slots to reduce cage deformation at high speed
  • Small ends double-drilled to ensure increased lubrication and cooling of the piston pin bearing, particularly useful when the piston crown is close to the bearing
  • Shot-peened to eliminate crack starters and ensure smooth radius transitions on the rod
  • Double finishing to achieve an ultra-circular bearing surface, ensuring reliability at high RPM
  • Most kits ship complete: connecting rod, crank pin, big-end bearing, small-end bearing and silver-plated phosphor bronze thrust washers
  • Compatible with Hot Rods crankshafts as well as stock (OE) crankshafts
