Includes: fasteners, bearings, and a generator gearcase gear kit. Not compatible with pre‑1957 crankshafts; 1963–65 models require modified oil lines.

  • Ships complete with crankcase bolts, washers and nuts, cylinder mounting studs, timing hole plug, magnetic drain plug, various vent and oil line fittings, upper oil screen spring and plug, Timken® pinion shaft bearing set, oil seal, pinion shaft main bearing race, camshaft needle bearing, oil pump shaft bushings, and installation instructions
  • All bearing surfaces are lapped, and the breather cavity is precision machined to optimize breather timing and ensure maximum oil scavenging
  • Machined to accept 3.4375" cylinders and tapped 1/4"-20 for the gearcase covers, oil pump, tappet guides, timer, and timer advance
  • Drilled for 5/16" generator mounting bolts
  • Made in the USA
  • Compatible with Timken-type pinion shaft bearings and 1958-up pinion bearings (not compatible with pre-1957 crankshafts)
  • For 1963–1965 models with external oil lines, use the oil port at the rear of the tappet block or the one on the gearcase, and install custom oil lines
  • Generator gearcase gear kit includes breaker drive gear, idler gear, and breaker gear; shims and shafts sold separately
  • Machined for 1948–1962 Panhead cylinder oiling
