Heavy-duty S&S 7.667" connecting rods with dynamic balancing. <0.0005" runout for high-RPM operation. Left-side sensor slot; balanced for S&S bore and 3-5/8" stroker pistons.

  • Designed to replace stock crankshafts on S&S® 124" V124 engines for ’84–’99 Big Twin models.
  • Pinion and sprocket shafts forged as one piece with the crankshaft for a one-piece construction.
  • The only joints are at the 1.671" diameter connecting rod pin, press-fit into the flywheels.
  • CNC machined from forged, heat-treated steel, offering 114% greater strength than late-model stock flywheels.
  • Assembled with heavy-duty 7.667" S&S® connecting rods, full-width pin ends, and dynamic balancing.
  • Runout less than 0.0005" on the pinion and sprocket shaft bearing journals, allowing higher RPM.
  • Three-piece architecture for a robust, precise design.
  • Left side of the crankshaft machined with a dedicated crank position sensor groove.
  • Balanced for S&S standard bore and 3-5/8" stroker pistons.
