  • Includes the cover as well as all internal components: all gears, the main shaft, the secondary shaft, the shift drum, locking elements, bearings, circlips, seals and all necessary fasteners.
  • Provides noticeably smoother gear changes than the original part thanks to a ratchet-style shift drum fitted with rollers and reduced inertia, combined with gear teeth featuring engagement ramps.
  • Bearing cover machined from 6061‑T6 aluminum, featuring oversized bearings for improved support and retaining plates that replace the original circlips.
  • Gears are made from 8620 steel, cut prior to heat treatment and then diamond-ground for quieter operation and increased precision.
  • Designed to lower engine RPM, promoting smoother highway cruising while improving fuel efficiency.
  • Made in the USA, ensuring quality control and local manufacturing.
  • Note: installation of these kits may require modification of the exhaust mount.
  • Compatible with original 5-speed transmission cases as well as most aftermarket/adaptable models on the market.
