  • Includes an access cover and a complete set of six-speed gears (1st ratio 3.24:1 / 6th 0.86:1), 28-tooth input gear, appropriately sized primary chain, adjuster pad, fixed shift drum and over-shift prevention pawl.
  • 6061-T6 machined aluminum bearing cover, designed with enlarged bearings and fitted with retaining plates that replace the original circlips for improved retention.
  • Gear sets manufactured from 8620 steel, cut prior to heat treatment and then diamond-ground to ensure quieter operation.
  • All ratios use full-width ground gears; 4th, 5th and 6th gears are helical to reduce noise and improve smoothness.
  • Designed to fit existing 5-speed cases, allowing for lower engine RPM at cruising speeds.
  • Supplied with easy-to-follow instructions to simplify installation and commissioning.
