  • Includes an access cover and a complete 6-speed gearset (1st gear ratio 3.24:1 / 6th 0.86:1), 28-tooth drive pinion, long primary chain, adjuster shoe, fixed shift drum, and anti-overrun pawl
  • 6061‑T6 machined aluminum bearing cover for increased strength and precision
  • Oversized bearings and retaining plates supplied to replace the original circlips and reinforce the assembly
  • Gear sets manufactured from 8620 steel, cut prior to heat treatment to ensure strength
  • Gears diamond-ground after quenching to ensure quieter operation and improved surface finish
  • All ratios use full-width ground gears; 4th, 5th and 6th gears are helical to reduce transmission noise
  • Design compatible with existing 5-speed cases, allowing installation on original gearboxes
