Fits 5V cases, lowers RPM, improves shifting, torque handling and neutral engagement. Instructions included. Made in the USA.

  • Includes an access cover and a 6-speed gearset (ratios: 3.24:1 in 1st / 0.86:1 in 6th), 28-tooth input pinion, long primary chain, adjustment pad, fixed selector drum and anti-overtravel pawl
  • Bearing cover machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, fitted with oversized bearings and retaining plates replacing the original circlips
  • Gear sets manufactured from 8620 steel, cut before heat treatment then diamond-ground for quieter operation
  • All ratios use full-width ground gears; 4th, 5th and 6th gears are helical to reduce operating noise
  • Designed to fit existing 5-speed gearbox cases and reduce engine RPM at cruising speed
  • Simple, easy-to-follow installation instructions included with the kit
