  • The S‑M10 helmet features a smooth, sleek, aerodynamic design, free of channels or external elements that could create snag points on impact or compromise the structure’s overall integrity.
  • The curvature of the surface reduces friction during impacts, promoting force deflection and optimal transfer to limit direct load on the head, neck, and spine.
  • Specific S‑M10 shell sizing ensures that each helmet size corresponds to an appropriately sized shell, delivering the most anatomical solution for all riders.
  • Removable semi‑flexible polymer side pads for enhanced protection and an enlarged contact area, optimizing impact energy distribution.
  • The patented A‑Head Fitment system allows easy adjustment of the helmet’s angle and height.
  • Highly optimized ventilation with 28 individual intake and exhaust ports (excluding the eyeport opening), including 18 intakes and 10 exhausts for maximum airflow.

  • The helmet shell uses advanced molding technology with a multi‑composite combination:
  • 3K carbon as a high‑density outer layer to increase strength and improve energy dissipation at the shell.
  • Unidirectional carbon composite layer providing increased radial strength, preventing compression and allowing controlled deformation to reduce transmitted impact energy.
  • Aramid fiber layer providing critical puncture resistance.
  • The assembly of these layers, bonded with epoxy resin, delivers optimal strength and energy management; the limited deformation of the outer shell enables better distribution and absorption of energy by the 4‑density EPS liner.
  • The redesigned chin bar features a specifically sculpted, raised base to clear the collarbone; a new, softer EPS foam extends beyond the shell and is covered by a flexible rubber compound to reduce the risk of collarbone injury.
