  • Specifically designed for off-road competition, the S-M7 prioritizes an ideal balance between optimal ventilation and comfort in a lightweight helmet, thanks to an extremely aerodynamic composite shell that offers excellent impact protection.
  • Equipped with the A-Head adjustment system and a visor release mechanism; the lower edge of the shell incorporates PLASMA technology to help dissipate energy in the event of contact with the clavicle area.
  • Main features
  • Smooth, clean aerodynamic profile with no external channels or features that could create load-concentration points in a crash, thus preserving the helmet's overall integrity.
  • The curved shell shape reduces friction during an impact, promoting glancing and improved energy transfer to protect the head and limit forces transmitted to the neck and spine.
  • Highly ventilated helmet with 20 distinct air inlet and outlet openings (excluding the eye port), including 13 inlets and 7 outlets, for effective airflow.
  • Fit can be adjusted using interchangeable Alpinestars cheek pads, available in multiple thicknesses and compatible across all shell sizes.
  • Comms-system compatible: EPS liner cut-out on the left side to accommodate an intercom, with speaker pockets on both sides.

  • Removable liners, hand-washable in warm water with a mild soap for simple, effective maintenance.
  • Liner fabrics feature an antimicrobial treatment to limit odors and bacterial adherence.
  • Top foam — the top foam and neck roll are elastically connected to improve management of oblique impacts.
  • Top Pad — the Top Pad is removable and height-adjustable via the A-Head system for a personalized fit.
  • Cheek pads — 3D cheek pads featuring the Emergency Release System (ERS) and a channel for routing a hydration tube.
  • Cheek pads are interchangeable across all shell sizes, facilitating customization and replacement.
  • Chin strap — 25 mm nylon webbing with stainless steel DD rings and removable covers for washing.

  • Visor detachment system with a release mechanism designed to avoid the weak points seen on other anchoring systems.
  • The visor is calibrated to automatically detach from the shell when impact energy exceeds 15 joules, ensuring effective protection regardless of impact direction.
