Handcrafted AISI 304 stainless steel mufflers, designed by the Zard Centro Stile, available in Race or Euro 5-approved versions. Finishes: Matte Black Cerakote or Silver/Black Chrome, with an aluminum end cap. Gains up to +2.3 hp (+1.2 hp Euro 5), no ECU remap required. Fits 2021–2024 Touring/CVO 114/117/121 ci.

  • The exhaust system includes a pair of mufflers entirely handcrafted from AISI 304 stainless steel, made in Italy.
  • Designed by Zard Centro Stile, this kit is offered in a racing version as well as a Euro 5 homologated version.
  • Available in the following finishes: Matte Black Cerakote®, Silver Chrome, Black Chrome, with a machined aluminum end cap.
  • The improvements aren’t just cosmetic: the Zard system for the Harley-Davidson Grand American Touring range goes beyond looks alone.
  • It delivers a peak power gain of +2.3 hp in the racing version and +1.2 hp in the homologated version (compared to the stock mufflers).
