Kit for CVO models designed to increase the clearance between the rider's floorboard, the brake pedal and the front exhaust header when using Bassani Xhaust systems (Dresser Duals, Power Dual). Includes 3/8"-16 screw and bolt, two Grower washers and two black steel spacers. No warranty against discoloration (bluing); the exhaust may require an air/fuel mixture adjustment.

  • Designed to provide increased clearance between the rider footpeg, the brake lever and the front header when installing Bassani Xhaust complete systems, Dresser Duals and the Power Dual headpipe on CVO models
  • The kit contains the following items:
    • One 3/8"-16 x 3" socket head cap screw
    • One 3/8"-16 x 1-11/16" socket head cap bolt
    • Two 3/8" Grower washers
    • Two black-finished steel spacers
  • No warranty is provided for headers and mufflers regarding any discoloration. The formation of tints (bluing) may occur as a result of tuning, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc., and is not considered a manufacturing defect
  • Installing a new exhaust may alter your motorcycle's air/fuel mixture requirements
