  • OptiMate TEST – Cranking & Alternator: 12 V tester designed to check battery state of charge, starting performance, and the vehicle’s charging system.
  • A true pocket tester, it evaluates battery performance and alternator voltage on 12 V lead-acid starter batteries or 12.8 V LiFePO4, for a simple diagnosis from cranking to charging.
  • Broad compatibility: vehicles equipped with a 12 V AGM, GEL, or lead-acid starter battery, as well as 12.8 V LFP / LiFePO4.
  • 3-step operation: 1) connect it to the battery, 2) check the state of charge, 3) start the engine; the tester simultaneously displays the vehicle’s cranking voltage and charging voltage, in just 15 seconds.
  • Indicates cranking voltage down to 6 V and charging voltage up to 15 V, to quickly detect a weak battery or overcharge.
  • Easy to use: connect directly to the battery with the supplied clamps, or via an already installed SAE battery lead.
