Allows use of 11.8" spoke-style rotors (OEM FLT '14–'24) on aftermarket billet wheels with 3.25" mounting spacing. Matching cutout design complements the hubs and reduces weight; includes mounting hardware and accepts the original fasteners. Not compatible with Flare 5 or Drift Ness.
