  • Cold-forged crosses made from SCM-415 steel for optimal mechanical strength; bearing journals carefully ground and heat-treated to a hardness of HRC58–HRC61.
  • Factory pre-greased with high-temperature Lithium Complex 3 grease; the grease nipple and lubrication channels integrated into the bearing cup ensure even distribution of grease across all contact surfaces.
  • Supplied as a kit including a plug that allows omission of the grease nipple when the application requires reduced clearance, enabling installation in tight spaces.
