  • Cold-forged cross bearings made from SCM-415 steel for increased strength; journals are ground and heat-treated to a hardness of HRC 58–61 to ensure excellent wear resistance.
  • Factory pre-greased with a high-temperature Lithium Complex 3 grease; the grease fitting and the lubrication channels of the bearing cup ensure even distribution of grease across all moving surfaces.
  • Kit supplied with a plug that allows the grease fitting to be omitted for low-profile applications or when limited access prevents use of the grease fitting.
  • Honda-compatible fork assemblies featuring reinforced cross bearings (17 mm to 19 mm), stainless steel clamps, and high-quality neoprene boots, offering long service life and excellent abrasion resistance.
