Allows mounting 28.6 mm (1-1/8") handlebars on snowmobiles, ATVs and motorcycles. Compatible with risers with a front-to-back (center-to-center) spacing of 1.197" to 1.38". Raises the handlebar by 1/4" if the application has no lower clamp, and by 3/4" when used with pivoting risers or a steering stem with an integrated lower flange. Riser not included.
