Measures the outside diameter of the cam drive gears. Made in the USA. Notes: for '90–'99 the shaft measurement range goes from .006" to .003"; the large gears are identical for '84–'89 and '90–'99 (green/black codes). The '90 H‑D manual lists shafts as .108" (vs .105"), i.e. ~.012" larger; on '92 engines the original gears are interchangeable but the outside diameter is reduced by .025".

  • Made in the USA
  • Two main differences between cam sprocket sizes for '90-'99 and earlier years:
    • The overall shaft measurement range was reduced in 1990 from .006" to .003".
    • The large sprockets are the same size for '84-'89 and '90-'99 (green and black color codes).
  • The sprocket measurements (on shafts) are listed in the H-D '90 manual with .108" shafts instead of .105" as before.
  • For the same sprocket, the measurement on .108" shafts will be approximately .012" larger than on .105" shafts.
  • On '92 engines, the original cam sprockets are interchangeable with earlier versions, but the outside diameter was reduced by .025".
