  • Machined oil dipstick with PCV-style breather integrating an oil separator, perforated disc, replaceable filter, and check valve to relieve crankcase overpressure
  • Ships with two venting configurations for dipstick installation: option 1 – 1/8 NPT vent fitting with porous internal filter; option 2 – quick-connect fitting with rubber hose and filter element
  • Allows two oil level reading methods: bike on the side stand (FHS) or bike upright and perfectly level (FHU)
  • The oil scavenge pickup/port is located on the right side of the engine; letting the bike idle or warm up on the side stand naturally fills the crankcase and skews the oil level in the tank
  • Oiling system testing indicates a lower engine oil level, a freer and smoother-running engine, reduced oil consumption, and decreased blow-by
  • Blow-by is the pressure that escapes past the rings and cylinders, enters the crankcase, and then migrates to the oil tank
  • Achieving the correct hot oil level is essential: Feuling recommends a level between 90% and 99% when the engine is hot
  • Eliminates unwanted accumulation of blow-by pressure in the oil tank
  • Direct fit: threads into the stock oil filler neck as an OEM replacement
