  • Molded replica: piston manufactured by casting to match the original OE shape and profile.
  • T-5 heat treatment: all pistons undergo a hardening and aging cycle in accordance with the T-5 process.
  • Skirt coating: all piston skirts receive a high-tech molybdenum disulfide treatment for faster break-in and increased longevity.
  • Cast piston alloy: cast (non-forged) piston kits made from an aluminum alloy containing 18% silicon, providing pistons that are both very light and durable.
  • OEM replacement: the replica pistons and all rings are designed as OEM replacement parts.
