  • Race — cast piston designed and developed using Vertex technology, fitted with a specifically "Race" profile for optimized performance.
  • Each piston undergoes a complete heat treatment, including a T-5 strengthening and hardening cycle for increased mechanical strength.
  • All skirts are coated with a high-tech molybdenum disulfide (Moly) film to speed up break-in and improve piston longevity.
  • The cast piston kits are manufactured from a gravity-cast (non-forged) aluminum alloy with an 18% silicon content, offering a balance between extreme lightness and high strength.
  • Each kit includes all necessary components: the piston itself, the rings, the piston pin (gudgeon pin), and the circlips.
  • Replacement rings for 2-stroke engines are sold individually, whereas rings for 4-stroke engines are supplied and sold in sets.
