  • Heat treatment: all pistons undergo a T-5 strengthening and hardening cycle, ensuring improved mechanical strength and increased durability.
  • Skirt coating: all skirts receive a high-tech molybdenum disulfide (Moly) treatment, allowing faster break-in and improved piston life.
  • Material and manufacturing: the cast piston kits are made from gravity-cast aluminum alloy (not forged) with an 18% silicon content, providing exceptionally lightweight yet very robust pistons.
  • Kit contents: each kit includes the piston, piston rings, piston pin, and circlips, supplied complete for installation.
  • Ring packaging: for 2-stroke engines, replacement rings are sold individually; for 4-stroke engines, rings are sold in sets.
