  • Cast "Race" type piston, designed and developed with Vertex technology and featuring a race-oriented profile.
  • All pistons receive a full heat treatment according to the T-5 strengthening and hardening cycle for optimized mechanical strength.
  • The skirts are coated with a high-tech molybdenum disulfide film to ensure faster break-in and improve piston lifespan.
  • The cast piston kits are made from gravity-cast (non-forged) aluminum alloy with an 18% silicon content, offering an extremely lightweight yet very robust assembly.
  • Each kit includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips, supplied together for complete installation.
  • Replacement rings for 2-stroke engines are sold individually, while rings for 4-stroke engines are supplied and sold in sets.
