  • Each piston undergoes a complete heat treatment with a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle to ensure mechanical integrity.
  • Piston skirts receive a high-technology molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) coating to speed up break-in and improve longevity.
  • Cast aluminum alloy piston kits (not forged) containing 18% silicon, designed to offer an optimal balance between lightness and strength.
  • The replica pistons and all supplied rings are OEM-type replacement parts, compatible with the original specifications.
  • For 2-stroke engines, replacement piston rings are offered individually for targeted replacement.
