  • Molded replica piston: piston manufactured by casting to faithfully reproduce the original OE shape.
  • Complete heat treatment: all pistons undergo a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle to ensure the required hardness and strength.
  • Molybdenum disulfide-treated skirts: all piston skirts receive a high-tech MoS2 coating for accelerated break-in and extended service life.
  • Cast aluminum alloy piston kits: non-forged parts made from an alloy containing 18% silicon, offering pistons that are both very light and durable.
  • OEM replacement parts: the replica pistons and all supplied rings are intended to replace original (OEM) components.
  • Rings packaged by engine type: spare rings for 2-stroke engines are sold individually, while those for 4-stroke engines are supplied as a kit.
