  • Competition cast piston, specially developed with Vertex technology and designed around a "Race" profile for optimized performance.
  • All pistons undergo a complete heat treatment following the T-5 strengthening and hardening cycle, ensuring increased mechanical strength and dimensional stability.
  • The skirts receive a high-tech molybdenum disulfide (Moly) coating to accelerate initial break-in and significantly improve piston life.
  • Cast piston kits are made from gravity-cast aluminum alloy (not forged) with a high silicon content of 18%, providing an extremely light yet very robust assembly.
  • Each kit includes all necessary components: piston, rings, piston pin and circlips, ready for installation.
  • Note on ring supply: rings for 2-stroke engines are sold individually, while rings for 4-stroke engines are supplied and sold in sets.
