  • Competition cast piston, designed and developed with Vertex technology and featuring a Race profile for optimized performance.
  • All pistons undergo a full heat treatment with a T-5 strengthening and hardening cycle to improve mechanical strength and long-term durability.
  • The skirts are systematically coated with a high-tech molybdenum disulfide (Moly) coating to facilitate initial break-in and extend piston life by reducing friction.
  • The cast piston kits are made from gravity-cast aluminum alloy (non-forged), with an 18% silicon content ensuring an extremely lightweight yet very robust piston.
  • Each kit includes all necessary components: the piston, rings, piston pin (wrist pin), and circlips.
  • Information on replacement rings: for 2-stroke engines, replacement rings are sold individually; for 4-stroke engines, the rings are supplied and sold as a set.
