  • All pistons undergo a specific heat treatment, including a T-5 strengthening and hardening cycle to improve mechanical strength and reliability.
  • The skirts are coated with a high-tech molybdenum disulfide (Moly) coating, ensuring faster break-in and increased piston lifespan.
  • Cast piston kits are manufactured from gravity-cast aluminum alloy (not forged) with 18% silicon content, delivering an extremely light yet very robust piston.
  • Each kit includes all necessary parts: piston, rings, piston pin and circlips, for a complete, ready-to-install assembly.
  • Note on replacement rings: for 2-stroke engines, rings are sold individually; for 4-stroke engines, rings are supplied/purchased as a set.
