  • Full heat treatment: each piston undergoes a T‑5 strengthening and hardening cycle to improve mechanical integrity and wear resistance.
  • Reinforced skirts: all skirts receive a high‑tech molybdenum disulfide (Moly) coating for faster break-in and extended piston life.
  • Lightweight yet robust alloy construction: kits are made from gravity-cast (non-forged) aluminum with 18% silicon content, offering an extremely lightweight piston while maintaining high strength.
  • Complete kit delivered: each kit includes the piston, rings, piston pin, and circlips for simple and quick replacement.
  • Ring options depending on engine: replacement rings for 2‑stroke engines are sold individually, while rings for 4‑stroke engines are provided and sold as a set.
