  • Cast-BB — cast piston retaining the original OE shape, specially designed to be mounted on a Big Bore cylinder.
  • All pistons undergo a complete heat treatment following a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle.
  • All piston skirts are coated with a high-technology molybdenum disulfide treatment, allowing faster break-in and extended service life.
  • Gravity-cast piston kits made from an aluminum alloy (non-forged) containing 18% silicon, offering extremely lightweight and highly durable pistons.
  • Big Bore pistons increase engine displacement and help improve torque as well as peak power.
  • Piston rings are supplied according to the engine type: for two-strokes, rings are sold individually; for four-strokes, rings are offered as a kit.
