  • All pistons undergo a comprehensive heat treatment according to a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle, optimizing mechanical strength and durability.
  • Piston skirts receive a high-tech molybdenum disulfide coating, promoting faster break-in and extending component life.
  • Manufactured by gravity casting in an aluminum alloy (non-forged) with 18% silicon, offering an ideal compromise between low weight and high strength.
  • Big Bore pistons increase engine displacement, resulting in improved torque and higher peak power.
  • Piston rings for two-stroke engines are sold individually, allowing targeted and flexible replacement.
  • Piston rings for four-stroke engines are supplied as a complete kit, facilitating engine overhaul or refurbishment.
