  • Cast "Race" piston, designed and developed with Vertex technology and fitted with a Race profile for optimized performance in sporting use.
  • All pistons benefit from a complete heat treatment with a T-5 strengthening and hardening cycle, ensuring improved mechanical strength and increased durability.
  • Piston skirts are coated with a high-tech molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) treatment, allowing faster break-in and improved piston longevity.
  • The cast piston kits are made from gravity-cast aluminum alloy (non-forged) with a high silicon content of 18%, providing an extremely lightweight yet very robust piston.
  • Each kit includes the complete set needed: piston, rings, piston pin and circlips, ready to install.
  • For replacement rings, sales detail: rings for 2-stroke engines are sold individually to facilitate targeted replacement.
  • Rings for 4-stroke engines are supplied and sold in sets, in line with the overhaul needs of these engines.
