  • Twinwall® design incorporating two nested aluminum-alloy tubes for a reinforced structure and improved overall strength.
  • Outer tube made from 7010-T73 aluminum, specially engineered to provide very high resistance to impacts and mechanical damage, with an anodized finish to protect against corrosion.
  • Inner tube made from ultra-high-strength 7010-T6 aluminum, hard-anodized to limit wear caused by throttle cable movement and control operation.
  • Outer tube end caps protected by rubber seals that prevent water ingress and the penetration of cleaning products.
  • Center laser-etched alignment mark on the handlebar to ensure precise, repeatable positioning during installation.
  • Each handlebar is supplied with a new injection-molded protective foam, providing extra protection and increased durability.
  • Specific compatibility: requires 1-1/8" handlebar mounts to be fitted on motorcycles originally equipped with 7/8" diameter handlebars.
