  • Twinwall® construction consisting of two nested aluminum-alloy tubes for an optimized combination of lightness and robustness.
  • Outer tube in 7010-T73, designed to provide very high resistance to impacts and mechanical damage, and anodized for corrosion protection.
  • Inner tube in high-strength 7010-T6 aluminum, fitted with a hard anodized finish to limit wear caused by cable routing and controls.
  • Rubber seals protect the ends of the outer tube to prevent ingress of water and cleaning fluids, thereby extending internal service life.
  • Center laser marking to facilitate precise and repeatable positioning during assembly.
  • Each handlebar is supplied with a new injection-molded protective foam, offering better protection and increased durability compared to conventional protectors.
  • Installation: requires specific 1-1/8" handlebar mounts for motorcycles originally equipped with 7/8" diameter handlebars.
