  • The handlebar incorporates a patented internal design that greatly simplifies installation of the entire wiring harness.
  • This innovative design provides enough space to easily accommodate the complete harness with its original vinyl sheath, connectors, and heat-shrink tubing, without rubbing and without compromising the visor's clean lines.
  • A specific flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius that provides an extra clearance pocket at the handlebar's critical point.
  • To further simplify wiring installation, Magnum handlebars are shipped pre-assembled with an E-Z pull-thru braided plastic sleeve.
  • Simply insert the harness into the sleeve and pull: the operation is quick and easy.
  • High-quality design and construction: smooth, perfectly round CNC bends; machined control mounts (not crushed); burr-free internal cable passages; notches for electronic throttle; and high-gloss finishes for an unmatched aesthetic result.
  • Outside diameter of 1-1/4", 1" center section, knurling located 3-1/2" on center; compatible with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches.
  • Not compatible with original risers or handlebar/instrument mounts on 883C and 1200C models.
  • Viking handlebars with a 1" center section are compatible with 1" risers.
  • Models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" require risers with a 1" inside diameter (ID).
