  • Twinwall® construction consisting of two aluminum alloy tubes nested one inside the other for optimized strength and stiffness.
  • Outer tube made from 7010-T73 aluminum, offering exceptional resistance to impacts and mechanical damage, and featuring an anodized finish to protect against corrosion.
  • Inner tube manufactured from high-strength 7010-T6 aluminum with hard anodizing to limit wear caused by routing control cables and the throttle cable.
  • Rubber seals protect the ends of the outer tube, preventing ingress of water and cleaning agents to increase longevity.
  • Centered laser marking to ensure precise and repeatable handlebar positioning during installation.
  • Each handlebar is supplied with a new injection-molded protective foam, designed to enhance surface protection and increase overall durability.
  • Installation requires specific 1-1/8" handlebar mounts for stock motorcycles originally equipped with 7/8" handlebars.
