The Viking handlebar, with a patented internal design, makes routing the complete wiring harness (housing and heat‑shrink tubing) easier thanks to a flared internal radius and comes pre‑equipped with an E‑Z pull‑thru sleeve to pull the cables in one motion. Premium build (CNC bends, machined mounts, burr‑free passages), 1-1/4" section (1" center bore), not compatible with OEM risers/speedo bracket for 883C/1200C.

  • This innovative concept provides ample space to easily route the full harness, including its original vinyl sheath, connectors and heat-shrink tubing, without risk of abrasion and without compromising the clean look at the top of the bar.
  • An exclusive flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius, offering additional clearance precisely at the handlebar's critical point.
  • To make electrical installation even easier, Magnum handlebars come pre-equipped with an E-Z pull-thru plastic braided sleeve.
  • Operation is very simple: insert the harness into the E-Z sleeve and pull — it's that quick and easy.
  • Premium build quality: consistent CNC bends, machined (not stamped) mounts, burr-free internal cable passages, slots for electronic throttle, and high-gloss finishes for a flawless presentation.
  • Dimensions: 1-1/4" outside diameter, 1" center section, knurling at 3-1/2" center-to-center.
  • Compatibility: designed to work with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches.
  • Compatibility note: not compatible with stock risers or stock handlebar clamps/speedometer brackets on 883C and 1200C models.
  • Viking handlebars with a 1" center section fit 1" risers.
  • Important note: original models equipped with upper handlebars larger than 1" require 1" risers.
