  • An innovative design provides sufficient internal volume to easily route the harness with its original vinyl sleeve, connectors and heat-shrink tubing, without risk of chafing or compromising the handlebar's sleek top appearance.
  • An exclusive flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius, offering extra clearance at the handlebar's critical point and reducing strain on the wiring.
  • To further simplify wiring, Magnum handlebars come pre-equipped with a ready-to-use E-Z pull-thru plastic braided sleeve.
  • The E-Z pull-thru system lets you insert the harness into the sleeve and then pull it through — a simple, effective method that avoids tedious handling.
  • Premium finish and construction: consistent CNC bends, machined (not stamped) clamps for improved accuracy, burr-free polished internal cable passages, and slots for electronic throttles — all with a high-gloss finish for an unmatched look.
  • Dimensions and technical compatibilities: 1-1/4" outside diameter, 1" center section, knurling with 3-1/2" center-to-center spacing — compatible with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches.
  • Compatibility note: These handlebars are not compatible with the stock risers or the stock gauge/mount collar on 883C and 1200C models.
  • Viking handlebars with a 1" center section are designed to fit 1" risers.
  • On stock motorcycles where the upper clamp/handlebar bore exceeds 1", it will be necessary to install 1" risers to ensure compatibility.
