  • Innovative design provides enough space to easily route the entire wiring harness with its original vinyl sleeve, terminal connections and their heat-shrink sleeves, without risk of wear.
  • Unique flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius and a generous relief pocket in the most highly stressed area of the handlebar to protect cables and extend their service life.
  • To simplify electrical installation, Magnum handlebars come pre-equipped with an E-Z pull-thru plastic braided sleeve: simply insert the harness and pull it into place.
  • Aggressive styling and premium construction of Viking handlebars, compatible with standard controls including hydraulic clutch systems.
  • Each 1-1/4" diameter handlebar is CNC-bent for precise fit; it incorporates wrist angles for optimized comfort, a 1" center section, a 3-1/2" center knurl, machined (not stamped) control mounts, and burr-free internal wiring passages with slots for electronic controls.
  • Kits include: Magnum Viking handlebars, throttle and idle cables or Throttle-By-Wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic line, brake lines, copper sealing washers, hardware and all required extensions for switches or turn signals.
  • All cables are designed to reduce effort and provide maximum efficiency; they meet or exceed OE specifications for fit, construction and durability.
  • Product assembled in the United States.
  • Cable and housing lengths are sized for 2" risers, except for touring models where specific lengths apply.
  • Viking Bagger and Ape Hanger handlebars have a 1" center section and fit 1" riser clamps; on stock bikes equipped with handlebars whose riser clamp inner diameter is greater than 1", the riser clamps will need to be replaced with 1" inner-diameter versions.
