Magnum Caliber 1‑1/4" Complete Handlebar Kit with matching braided cables and hoses, assembled in the USA. Handlebar has a 1" center section (1‑1/4" external), polished finish, machined clamps and 3‑1/2" knurling; compatible with standard controls (hydraulic clutch, throttle‑by‑wire) and pre‑fitted with E‑Z pull‑thru cable housings. Cables and hoses meet OE specifications; dual-disc kits include a brazed collector.

  • Exclusive complete handlebar kits including matching braided cables and lines, supplied with Magnum Caliber handlebars.
  • Magnum 1-1/4" Caliber handlebars are manufactured to a higher standard, feature machined control mounts (not stamped) and have a high-gloss finish for unmatched appearance.
  • All bars have a 1-1/4" diameter with a 1" center section and a 3-1/2" knurled spacing; they are compatible with standard controls, including hydraulic clutch, and are machined to allow internal wiring and electronic throttle control (throttle-by-wire).
  • Each Caliber handlebar is pre-fitted with E-Z pull-thru sleeves to simplify wiring installation.
  • Kits include: Magnum 1-1/4" Caliber handlebars, throttle and idle cables or throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic line, brake lines, copper washers, fasteners and any necessary wiring or turn-signal extensions.
  • All cables are engineered to provide smooth operation and maximum efficiency, meeting or exceeding all OE specifications for fit, construction and durability.
  • Kits for dual-disc models include a fully brazed crossover that eliminates leaks, alignment issues and unsightly threaded fittings.
  • Assembled in the USA.
  • Caliber bars have a 1" center section and are designed to fit 1" risers. Models that use handlebars with a center diameter greater than 1" require appropriate risers (examples: FLSTF, FLSTFB and CVO models). Check before ordering.
