CNC-bent from sturdy 1-1/4" x 0.120" tubing; top machined from billet with a large internal radius for cable routing (upper bend not welded). Lower "square" bend, additional slots, knurled and grooved for TBW (throttle-by-wire), compatible with OEM heated grips. Made in the USA.
