CNC-bent from 1-1/4" tubing (0.120" wall), top section machined from billet with a large internal radius for wiring (upper bend not welded). Square lower sweep, cable slots, knurled and grooved for throttle-by-wire. Made in the USA, compatible with OEM heated grips.

  • Two-piece handlebar assembled with bolts: designed to take up to half the space, it greatly simplifies shipping and storage, and makes installation easier than a one-piece handlebar.
  • CNC-bent from a sturdy 1-1/4" diameter tube with a 0.120" wall thickness: precise, robust construction achieved through controlled machining for optimal finish and repeatability.
  • EZ installation — no more wrestling with internal wiring: this handlebar allows quick assembly in minutes thanks to a design that eases routing and access to wiring.
  • Billet-machined upper section with a large internal radius: the upper surface is machined to provide a wide internal radius, which greatly simplifies cable routing (the upper bend is not welded to improve routing).
  • Profile with a "square" lower bend and additional slots: the specific geometry and extra cutouts facilitate guiding and exiting the cables toward the controls.
  • Knurled and grooved surface: finish specifically intended for TBW (throttle-by-wire) applications, ensuring better grip and integration of electronic controls.
  • Made in the USA: local manufacturing ensuring high quality standards and precise control of every part.
