CNC-bent from 1-1/4" tubing (0.120" wall), top machined from billet with a large internal radius for wiring, squared lower bend with additional slots, knurled and grooved for TBW (throttle-by-wire). EZ installation; compatible with OEM heated grips. Made in the USA.

  • Two-piece handlebar assembled with bolts: occupies half the space, making it easier to ship and assemble.
  • CNC-bent from a solid 1-1/4" diameter tube with a 0.120" wall thickness.
  • EZ installation: no more wrestling with internal wiring; quick assembly in minutes thanks to our handlebar design.
  • Upper section machined from billet with a large inner radius to ease cable routing; the upper bend is not welded.
  • Handlebar profile with a "square" lower bend and extra slots provided to simplify cable routing.
  • Knurled and grooved surface, specially suited for TBW applications.
  • Made in the USA.
