CNC-bent from sturdy 1-1/4" tubing (0.120" wall), top machined from billet with a large internal radius for cable routing. Squared lower bend, extra slots, knurled and grooved for TBW (throttle-by-wire). EZ installation — no wiring hassles. Made in the USA and compatible with OEM heated grips.

  • Two-piece handlebar assembled with bolts: breaks down into two halves to take up half the space, making it easier to ship and greatly simplifying handling.
  • CNC-bent from a sturdy 1-1/4" diameter tube with a 0.120" wall thickness, ensuring precise manufacturing and strength suited for road use.
  • Simplified "EZ install": no more wrestling with traditional internal wiring — installation is fast and takes only minutes thanks to a design made for easy connection.
  • Billet-machined top section with a generous internal radius that eases the passage of wires and cables; the upper angle is left unwelded to allow smooth wiring routing.
  • Lower handlebar profile with a "square" bend and additional slots that further facilitate cable routing and housing management.
  • Knurled and grooved surface specially designed for TBW applications, providing grip and proper positioning for electronic controls.
  • Made in the USA, reflecting local production and quality control in line with American manufacturing standards.
  • Fully compatible with OEM heated grips, allowing you to retain the heating system without modification.
