Twinwall double-tube aluminum alloy handlebar: outer 7010‑T73 tube anodized for corrosion and impact resistance; inner 7010‑T6 tube hard‑anodized to withstand wear from controls. Sealed end caps and a laser‑etched center mark for precise alignment. Supplied with an injection‑molded bar pad. Requires 1‑1/8” bar mounts; bikes that come stock with 7/8” bars will need 1‑1/8” clamps.

  • Twinwall® double-tube aluminum alloy design, with two nested tubes for a reinforced structure
  • Outer tube in 7010-T73, highly resistant to mechanical damage and anodized to prevent corrosion
  • Inner tube in ultra-strong 7010-T6 aluminum, hard anodized to resist wear from the throttle tube and controls
  • Rubber seals at the ends of the outer tube to prevent the ingress of water and cleaning products
  • Laser-etched center mark for precise positioning
  • Each handlebar is supplied with a new injection-molded pad for better protection and increased durability
  • Requires specific 1-1/8" bar mounts for motorcycles originally equipped with 7/8" handlebars
