Unique flared ports, burr‑free pass‑throughs, CNC bends, machined mounts, throttle‑by‑wire slots, glossy finish. 1‑1/4 in. diameter with 1 in. center section, 3‑1/2 in. knurling; compatible with standard controls. Not compatible with stock 883C/1200C risers/clamps. 1 in. center fits 1 in. risers.

  • The innovative design provides generous internal volume to route the full harness with its original vinyl jacket and connectors, along with their heat-shrink sleeves, without chafing and without compromising the clean, top-side look.
  • Thanks to an exclusive flaring process, the burr-free internal bend radius provides extra clearance at the handlebar’s critical point.
  • To simplify wiring, Magnum handlebars come pre-equipped with an E-Z pull-thru plastic braided sleeve to make cable routing easier.
  • Simply insert the harness into the sleeve and pull — it’s that easy.
  • Premium construction: uniform CNC bends, machined (not stamped) components, deburred internal pass-throughs, slots for electronic throttle control (ETC), and an ultra high-gloss finish for an unmatched look.
  • 1-1/4" diameter, 1" center section, 3-1/2" on-center knurling, compatible with stock controls, including hydraulic clutches.
  • Not compatible with the OEM risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount on 883C and 1200C models.
  • Viking handlebars with a 1" center section fit 1" risers. OE models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require 1" risers.
