  • Even the best filter becomes ineffective if leaks occur at the airbox seal: Twin Air PowerFlow kits ensure a perfectly tight and reliable fit thanks to a rigid, lightweight aluminum cage that replaces the original plastic cage and, when necessary, a machined aluminum flange securely attached to the airbox.
  • Each PowerFlow kit is custom-designed for its application to optimize airflow, increase the sealing surface, eliminate the overly restrictive anti-backflow screen, and simplify maintenance operations.
  • All kits are supplied with a pre-oiled BIO Factory air filter; replacement parts (filters) are available separately.
  • Kits for 2-stroke engines include a Twin Air filter paired with a one-piece machined aluminum cage that is lightweight and rigid, replacing the fragile original plastic cage and ensuring a perfect seal with the airbox.
  • The kit for 4-stroke engines replaces the restrictive spark-arrestor screen with an integrated laminated screen fitted with a layer of flame-retardant foam to meet the specific requirements of these models.
  • The kit for the YZ450F (2010–2013) additionally includes a complete airbox that increases intake volume, plus an exhaust cap, a cage, and a mounting kit for a full installation.
