  • The best filter in the world is useless if leaks remain at the airbox seal: Twin Air PowerFlow kits ensure a perfectly tight and reliable fit thanks to a rigid, lightweight aluminum cage that replaces the original plastic cage, and, when necessary, a machined aluminum flange securely fastened to the airbox.
  • Each PowerFlow kit is tailor-made for the intended application to optimize airflow, increase and improve the sealing surface, eliminate the restrictive anti-backflow screen, and make access and maintenance much easier.
  • All kits include a pre-oiled BIO Factory air filter, ready to use; replacement units are available separately for routine maintenance.
  • Kits for 2-stroke engines include a Twin Air filter accompanied by a machined-from-solid aluminum cage, rigid and lightweight, which replaces the fragile original plastic cage and ensures a perfect seal with the airbox.
  • The kit for 4-stroke engines replaces the flame-arresting screen, often a source of airflow restriction, with a laminated inner screen fitted with a layer of flame-retardant foam.
  • The specific kit for the YZ450F model (years 2010–2013) also includes a complete airbox that increases intake volume, as well as an exhaust cap, a cage, and a mounting kit for a full installation.
