  • Even the best filter in the world is useless if the airbox seal lets air through; Twin Air PowerFlow kits provide a reliable, airtight fit thanks to a machined aluminum cage, rigid and lightweight, that replaces the original plastic cage and, when required, a machined aluminum flange securely fastened to the airbox.
  • Each PowerFlow kit is specifically designed for its application to optimize airflow, increase the sealing surface, remove the restrictive anti-backflow screen, and simplify maintenance.
  • All kits include a pre-oiled BIO Factory air filter for immediate protection; replacement elements are available separately.
  • Kits for 2-stroke engines include a Twin Air filter and a cage machined from solid aluminum, rigid and lightweight, which replaces the fragile original plastic cage to ensure a perfect seal with the airbox.
  • The kit for 4-stroke engines replaces the restrictive flame-arrestor screen with an internal laminated screen fitted with a layer of flame-retardant foam to maintain safety while improving airflow.
  • The kit specific to the YZ450F (2010–2013) additionally includes a complete airbox that increases intake volume, as well as an exhaust plug, a cage, and a mounting kit.
